J&S Ultra Hack - Solid Brass

Our premium show worthy adaptation of the J&S Ultra Hack in solid brass.

Designed for superior functionality and style, the J&S Ultra Hack is a shank set intended to improve on and replace the common S type hackamore. It is CNC machined in our small family owned and operated business from USA bearing grade 360 solid brass. A pair weighs about 14 oz - this is about 1.5 oz heavier than the generic steel S hack shanks on the market. The unique shape has been created specifically for good balance, fitment (on most horses), and also to alleviate the issues arising from snagging common S type hackamores on watering pails.

Please note -These shanks are noticeably heavier than our aluminum models. If your animal is extremely sensitive to weight on its face, this product may not be right for you. We will always accept returns within 30 days (or more, depending on the situation) with no questions asked!
