Graysville MFG will accept returns of any UNDAMAGED goods for 30 days and possibly longer depending on the situation. If the goods arrive back at Graysville MFG damaged or altered in any way, Graysville MFG reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund. If there are any questions at all, please contact us so that we can help resolve any issues with our products to the best of our abilities at ap.cc.gmfg@gmail.com. 

If the products were damaged during the shipping process, return them at our cost and we will replace them at no charge to the customer.
